Avon Tips for Representatives - Selling, Recruiting, and Leadership

Avon Tips for Representatives – Online sales take time but once they get going, they quickly compound! I know I say this a lot but look at my online Avon sales stats over time below. My first blog posts were awful and as I kept blogging and marketing my Avon business, it became easier and my posts became more professional looking. I get most of my website visitors through the blog posts I’ve created. Once I create a blog post, I promote the link to the blog post through social media websites like Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and GooglePlus. You can create blog posts about Avon products, incentives, the opportunity to sell Avon, tips for Avon Representatives, your team newsletter, sales, promotional offers, industry news, and more. Use your blog to create a useful source of information for customers, potential new team members, current team members, and other Avon Representatives.

Here are my online sales stats starting in 2008. Most of these results are from consistently creating blog posts about Avon products and the Avon opportunity every month. I’m showing you these numbers to help you realize that it takes time and a lot of hard work to build big numbers so don’t give up. Keep trying and improving…consistency is key.How to Sell Avon Online - Make Money Selling Avon

  1. Hi Emily,

Thank you so much for sharing these tips and tools with us!! I am also a new Avon Rep and have been trying to promote my Avon business via social media outlets! This article is going to help so much! Thank you again!

  2. Hi Emily ,
I have been with Avon 2 years. I go door to door, toss, ext. I am consistently working my avon business. I am Never ever going to quit. It seems like nobody is buying the last 2 campaigns. Im looking for an online course. If you could pick any tutorials which one do you think I would benefit from? I love all of your tutorials and your such an inspiration! My posts received 81 clicks this morning and it’s only 9am. How do I turn the clicks into customers?

    • Hi Kristi! Thanks for writing. I like to use coupon codes, free gift offers, and free shipping to entice online shoppers. You can also point out sales, new products, and the start of a new campaign. Try to get sign ups so you can continuously market to the visitors until they’re ready to buy. You could do this through a catalog or sample request where they submit their info. You also may find this video helpful: https://youtu.be/ngy3eM1hNVU I wish you much success! Emily

  3. Hi Emily, …..thank you for sharing your information with us! I have a question,,,,what is the etiquette for responding to people who like my Avon FB page! Should I thank them in a message, make a comment mentioning on my page…..or just say nothing?…also, do I comment if they like one of my links!

I think some people would appreciate it, and others might feel like I’m hounding them for their business!

    • Hi Neva! I would try different tactics and see how people respond. I never reach out unless someone actually places an order but it’s up to you. Hope that helps! I think you’ll get a feeling for what to do with how they respond. Emily
