How to Post Avon Campaign 7 2016 Brochure on your Website

How do you post the Current Avon Catalog on your website? This is probably the most frequent question I get asked from Avon Representatives on How to Sell Avon Online. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to post Avon Campaign 7 2016 on your website.

If you have already followed the instructions on how to add the Avon brochure image to your website from me before, follow set A. instructions on how to update the image. If this is your first time adding the brochure image to your Avon website, follow set B. instructions. Please note: if you have already customized the main window widget on your website with a personal message but would like to try adding the current catalog image, you may want to save a copy of what you have there before making any changes so you have a back-up version to revert to in case you cannot get this to work.
Avon Key Campaign Dates

If you are going to put an image of the current brochure on your website, make sure you are able to commit your time to updating the image every time your website switches over to a new campaign (every other week). The online catalog on your eStore will automatically update but you will need to update the image on the home page at the start of every campaign. To find the schedule when your website changes over, go to yourAvon.com – my account – Key Campaign Dates. Ex: I am RPS 6 and my regular order is due every other Wednesday and my website switches over to the new campaign 2 days later (on Friday) with the exception of holidays. I would let customers know they can shop Avon Campaign 7 2016 online 3/4 – 3/17. My website will switch over to Avon Campaign 8 2016 on March 18th so I would let customers know they can shop Avon Campaign 8 2016 online 3/18 – 3/31.

A. Instructions for Updating the Brochure Image on your Website

1. Log into yourAvon.com. Tip: When making changes to your Avon website, you may want to use Internet Explorer. YourAvon.com seems to be most compatible with Internet Explorer. Click on each image below to enlarge.

2. Click on the Web Office tab on the main toolbar (third tab from the left).

 3. Under eStore, click on edit eStore.

4. Click on the pencil icon (top right) in the main box (largest frame on the top left).

5. Click on the source button (it looks like this: </>) on the far right of your toolbar.

6. Find the line in your html that looks like this (highlighted in blue in the image below): src=”http://www.youravon.com/REPSuite/static/catalog/2016/06/en/images/p1.jpg” and replace the 06 with 07 (Be sure you keep the 0 in front of the 7).Update Avon Brochure Step6

7. After you have updated the image source to show the brochure for Avon Campaign 7 2016, give your message a label to save your work and then click on the Save button.

B. Instructions for Adding the Avon Brochure to your Website for the First Time

5. Choose the option for Personal Message to display in the main window.

6. Select the edit source option on the top right side of the toolbar – the button that looks like this: </>.

7. Copy the data in the box below by highlighting all of it with your mouse – right click and select copy.

8. Paste the data you copied from the text box above by placing your cursor in the html box in your eStore then right clicking and selecting Paste.

9. The next step is to edit the account number after repid= where I have highlighted in blue. Replace my repid number with yours. Your repid number is your Avon account number. This will allow your customers to click on the front of the brochure cover to shop the online brochure on your Avon website.

10. The final step is to click on the edit source button again </>. Edit the text that I put in as sample text, give your screen a label name, and click save.

How to Motivate New Avon Reps

Tips for Motivating New Avon Representatives

  1. Communicate frequently with your team. I send out weekly communications to my Avon team with recognition, tips, ideas, and tools. Many times I’ll send more than 1 email per week especially to my newest Avon Representatives. The more you communicate with your team, the more comfortable they will feel reaching out to you.
  2. Communicate with your team members by their preferred method of contact. I give my team the options of contacting me by phone (text or call), by email, and even through Facebook messaging. People all communicate differently and their comfort levels will change depending on how you communicate with them.
  3. Provide your new Avon Representatives support through training, informing, and inspiring. Try to encourage them instead of managing them. You can only provide so much support…they have to want to be successful Avon Representatives for themselves.
  4. Use Avon incentives to get your team excited about building their business in the beginning. Right now I use the 40% Discount incentive to recognize top new achievers and to promote the idea of turning in big orders in their first few campaigns. I recognize the achievers through group emails and also do one-on-one tracking emails so new Avon Reps know their specific goals and deadlines.
  5. Inform new Avon Representatives about the programs designed for achieving success in the beginning and throughout their career (new Representative incentives, the Daily Care Collection, leadership incentives, and President’s Club program).
  6. Reward new Avon Reps for their hard work. Every time I send out a recognition email to my new team members, I show the top achievers appreciation by offering them my Makeup Marketing Online training for free. It’s a way to help them feel special and gain useful knowledge early on in their Avon career. You could also use this idea with rewards such as gift cards ($5 – $10 cards to Starbucks, Target, or Walmart), free products (Avon, of course), promotional items (logo branded items from Town & Country), or motivational books (View from the Top books make great gifts).

Demos give customers the chance to experience the scent of a fragrance, the shade of a lipstick, or the feel of a moisturizer…before they buy. Order demos and samples every campaign to support Avon brochure offers and you’ll see that demos are worth the investment. Depending on your Avon sales level, see the demo limits below:

  • All Representatives – 1 of each demo unless specified otherwise
  • President’s Club – 3 of each demo
  • Honor Society – 5 of each demo

How to Post Avon Campaign 6 2016 Brochure on your Website

How do you post the Current Avon Catalog on your website? This is probably the most frequent question I get asked from Avon Representatives on How to Sell Avon Online. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to post Avon Campaign 6 2016 on your website.

If you have already followed the instructions on how to add the Avon brochure image to your website from me before, follow set A. instructions on how to update the image. If this is your first time adding the brochure image to your Avon website, follow set B. instructions. Please note: if you have already customized the main window widget on your website with a personal message but would like to try adding the current catalog image, you may want to save a copy of what you have there before making any changes so you have a back-up version to revert to in case you cannot get this to work.
Avon Key Campaign Dates

If you are going to put an image of the current brochure on your website, make sure you are able to commit your time to updating the image every time your website switches over to a new campaign (every other week). The online catalog on your eStore will automatically update but you will need to update the image on the home page at the start of every campaign. To find the schedule when your website changes over, go to yourAvon.com – my account – Key Campaign Dates. Ex: I am RPS 6 and my regular order is due every other Wednesday and my website switches over to the new campaign 2 days later (on Friday) with the exception of holidays. I would let customers know they can shop Avon Campaign 6 2016 online 2/19 – 3/3. My website will switch over to Avon Campaign 7 2016 on March 4th so I would let customers know they can shop Avon Campaign 7 2016 online 3/4 – 3/17.

A. Instructions for Updating the Brochure Image on your Website

1. Log into yourAvon.com. Tip: When making changes to your Avon website, you may want to use Internet Explorer. YourAvon.com seems to be most compatible with Internet Explorer. Click on each image below to enlarge.

2. Click on the Web Office tab on the main toolbar (third tab from the left).

 3. Under eStore, click on edit eStore.

4. Click on the pencil icon (top right) in the main box (largest frame on the top left).

5. Click on the source button (it looks like this: </>) on the far right of your toolbar.

6. Find the line in your html that looks like this (highlighted in blue in the image below): src=”http://www.youravon.com/REPSuite/static/catalog/2016/05/en/images/p1.jpg” and replace the 05 with 06.Update Avon Brochure Step6

7. After you have updated the image source to show the brochure for Avon Campaign 5 2016, give your message a label to save your work and then click on the Save button.

B. Instructions for Adding the Avon Brochure to your Website for the First Time

2. Click on the Web Office tab on the main toolbar (third tab from the left).

5. Choose the option for Personal Message to display in the main window.

6. Select the edit source option on the top right side of the toolbar – the button that looks like this: </>.

7. Copy the data in the box below by highlighting all of it with your mouse – right click and select copy.

8. Paste the data you copied from the text box above by placing your cursor in the html box in your eStore then right clicking and selecting Paste.

9. The next step is to edit the account number after repid= where I have highlighted in blue. Replace my repid number with yours. Your repid number is your Avon account number. This will allow your customers to click on the front of the brochure cover to shop the online brochure on your Avon website.

10. The final step is to click on the edit source button again </>. Edit the text that I put in as sample text, give your screen a label name, and click save.

How to Post Avon Campaign 5 2016 Brochure on your Website
