How to Post Avon Campaign 13 2016 Brochure on your Website

How do you post the Current Avon Catalog on your website? This is probably the most frequent question I get asked from Avon Representatives on How to Sell Avon Online. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to post Avon Campaign 13 2016 on your website.

If this is your first time adding the brochure image to your Avon website, follow set A. If you have already followed the instructions on how to add the Avon brochure image to your website from me before, follow set B. instructions on how to update the image. Please note: if you have already customized the main window widget on your website with a personal message but would like to try adding the current catalog image, you may want to save a copy of what you have there before making any changes so you have a back-up version to revert to in case you cannot get this to work.
Avon Key Campaign Dates

If you are going to put an image of the current brochure on your website, make sure you are able to commit your time to updating the image every time your website switches over to a new campaign (every other week). The online catalog on your eStore will automatically update but you will need to update the image on the home page at the start of every campaign. To find the schedule when your website changes over, go to yourAvon.com – my account – Key Campaign Dates. Ex: I am RPS 6 and my regular order is due every other Wednesday and my website switches over to the new campaign 2 days later (on Friday) with the exception of holidays. I would let customers know they can shop Avon Campaign 13 2016 online 5/27 – 6/9. My website will switch over to Avon Campaign 14 2016 on June 10th so I would let customers know they can shop Avon Campaign 13 2016 online 6/10 – 6/23.

A. Instructions for Adding the Avon Brochure to your Website for the First Time

1. Log into yourAvon.com. Tip: When making changes to your Avon website, you may want to use Internet Explorer. YourAvon.com seems to be most compatible with Internet Explorer. Click on each image below to enlarge.

2. Click on the Web Office tab on the main toolbar (third tab from the left).

 3. Under eStore, click on edit eStore.

4. Click on the pencil icon (top right) in the main box (largest frame on the top left).

5. Choose the option for Personal Message to display in the main window.

6. Select the edit source option on the top right side of the toolbar – the button that looks like this: </>.

7. Copy the data in the box below by highlighting all of it with your mouse – right click and select copy.

8. Paste the data you copied from the text box above by placing your cursor in the html box in your eStore then right clicking and selecting Paste.

9. The next step is to edit the account number after repid= where I have highlighted in blue. Replace my repid number with yours. Your repid number is your Avon account number. This will allow your customers to click on the front of the brochure cover to shop the online brochure on your Avon website.

10. The final step is to click on the edit source button again </>. Edit the text that I put in as sample text, give your screen a label name, and click save.

B. Instructions for Updating the Brochure Image on your Website

7. After you have updated the image source to show the brochure for Avon Campaign 13 2016, give your message a label to save your work and then click on the Save button.

Selling Avon Face-to-face Tips

  • Tell everyone you know that you sell Avon. Talk to friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and other acquaintances. Try leaving brochures and product samples at places where there is high traffic: offices, grocery stores, banks, salons, gyms, etc. Be sure to ask for permission first and get follow-up contact information.
  • Talk about your favorite Avon products. Proudly wear your Avon products daily. You can show off clothing, makeup, jewelry, fragrance, and more. When someone compliments you, it opens the door to talk about your Avon business. If you don’t want to wear any of the products, get an Avon pin. It definitely helps to have first-hand knowledge of the products from trying them yourself. If you aren’t familiar with our products yet, use your Avon eStore to learn more about each product and how customers review the product.
  • Talk about to customers and potential customers everywhere. Bring catalogs with you everywhere you go. If you’re not comfortable starting up a conversation with the grocery cashier, the bank teller, or the gas station attendant, simply ask if they’d like a catalog. You’d be surprised at how many say yes. And if they say no, don’t take it personally.
  • Make sure to ask for referrals, and follow up. People are very busy nowadays. Whether it’s work, running around with the kids, or something else keeping your potential customers distracted, it always helps to give them a reminder. The fortune is in the follow up. Ask your customers if they know of anyone who would like to be serviced by an Avon Representative.

Selling Avon Online Tips

  • Additional Earnings – Remember eSales are included in your product total to help you reach that $100 order mark. Use Avon’s coupon codes and special offers as a way to entice new customers to shop with you online.
  • Boost your Total Order Size – When calculating your campaign totals, Avon will combine face-to-face sales and online sales to determine which commission level you have reached. The more ways of reaching new customers, the better.
  • Your Own Online eStore – Open for sales 24/7…your website is a great tool to help build your business. Personalize  Get customers in the habit of ordering online right from the start and your job will get easier and easier the longer you stick around.
  • #GetSocial – Social Media is a great place to network with tons of new contacts, prospective customers, and potential team members. Just like face-to-face, connect with people who you have a similar background as, a mutual friend, or perhaps someone on the same career path as you. Social Media is all about continuous activity. Always add new connections, post new photos, and update your pages often. Don’t forget to use those hashtags so your posts come up in Social Media search results.
  • Automated Emails – Turn on your Automated Email Program in the web office. As you add contacts to your customer address book over time, Avon will automatically send emails on your behalf. Don’t worry about the frequency, all contacts have the option of opting out of the Email Program at any time. Avon shares special offers to your online customers including free shipping codes, free gift with purchase offers, and discount options.

Plan out your Strategy
  • Write down your current why. Why would this extra money mean so much to you? What would you and your family do with it? What are your tangible (new house, car, vacation) and intangible “whys?” (freedom of time, working from home,etc.)
  • Set your recruiting goal. How many new team members are you and your leaders going to sign up each campaign? Tip: Go for an aggressive goal because not all of them will submit that $100 order and qualify.
  • Set your leadership goals. How many new promoters are you planning to add over the incentive period? Who are your aggressive team members who are either interested in leadership or top sellers who would make good leaders? Pick your key players who you are going to help advance in title (look for reps selling $150 – $200 or more in a campaign).
  • Understand the requirements and rewards of the incentive. Learn the requirements of the incentive but don’t get too caught up in the details if they overwhelm you. Spend as much time on recruiting / leadership activities as you do on sales activities. Do your best to talk to everyone you know about the Avon opportunity…you never know who might be interested.

  • Come up with your own incentives for your team. I have an incentive for everyone who moves in title to Unit Leader…when they advance, I mail them out the “View from the Top” book.

About the Trainer, Emily Seagren

Emily Seagren has been an Avon Representative since January 2008. She sells at the President’s Inner Circle level (over $220,000 annually), owns a Licensed Avon Beauty Center in Rockford, Illinois (Avon Store Perryville), and is a Gold Leader with over 340 Avon Representative team members in over 40 states nationwide. Emily sold over $67,000 of Avon products online and recruited 240 team members in 2015 as a result of her online marketing efforts. In 2015, her nationwide team of reps, Avon Team Momentum, sold over $559,200 in Avon products.

In 2015, Emily was awarded the prestigious award of Avon Woman of Enterprise. The Avon Woman of Enterprise award is presented to the Avon Representative who not only is leading and growing a successful Avon business, but does so while being a role model for other Representatives through her embodiment of the Avon Values of Belief, Integrity, Respect, Trust and Humility. Among the many North America Avon business owners, Avon selects only one Representative to receive this annual award.

Emily has earned all expense-paid trips to Hawaii, Punta Cana, Cancun, Puerto Rico, Hollywood, San Diego, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, a cruise to the Bahamas, and a cruise to Alaska. In July 2014, Emily had brain surgery to remove a benign tumor.
