Avon What’s New Brochures also known as Avon Demo Books contain products for Avon Representatives to purchase prior to the official campaign start date for the Avon Catalog. It is a chance for current Avon Reps to order new products, sales tools, and samples at discounted prices before the start of the campaign for Avon customers. The R price is for representatives and the PRP price is the price for Avon Representatives who are at President’s Club sales level or higher. Your sales level determines the quantity you can order of each product unless the item says otherwise (for ex: no demo limit). You can order demos for the current campaign and the upcoming 2 campaigns. You can order out of the Avon Campaign 24 2016 What’s New brochure in Avon Campaign 22 2016, Avon Campaign 23 2016Avon Campaign 24 2016 and Avon Campaign 25 2016.

Hey Avon Reps! With Halloween just around the corner, how are you going to take advantage of all of the trick or treaters who visit your house? Better yet, are you going to reward your Avon customers with a special treat for the fun holiday? I wanted to share with you a few Avon tips from some fabulous Avon Representatives. I am also including files to customize and other cute ideas to include for the parents you meet Halloween night.

Avon Sales and Recruiting Tips for Halloween

  • Include an Avon catalog with a sample and recruiting flyer in every trick or treater’s bag along with their candy. You know the moms will be delighted to find something just for them when they inspect the candy that night! I’m doing the Fergie Outspoken Party perfume samples and a few Anew samples too. Mix and match with whatever you have laying around! ~Leslie Reid
  • I hope everyone has ordered their samples and printed their labels (or has business cards to attach) to go into those trick or treat bags!  One other suggestion – sign up for your local Trunk or Treat at a church or school!! You just park your car in the parking lot, hand out candy and samples and watch the sales come rolling in! Keep some books handy for the moms who come through with their kids, and you can even put a bowl out for a drawing for a gift basket – I bought a plastic pumpkin shaped container (the kind kids used to trick or treat with) at Wal-Mart for a buck and have filled it with some skin so soft and a few little hand lotions and stuff and will be raffling it off at our church’s trunk or treat on Halloween. We usually have between 300-500 people come through, so I will get lots of names and contact information from this raffle. Get moving, Halloween is a great way to make money!! ~Leslie Reid
  • Use the “Just for the Mummies” labels below to encourage online orders. These labels can be used with Avery template 5160. Include this label on your regular brochures for current customers or hand out Avon brochures to trick or treaters’ parents. ~Shirl Papaian
  • Pass out the Avon Halloween Treat for you Recruiting Flyer with a piece of candy attached for parents. Give clear instructions on how someone can sign up as an Avon Representative on your team. ~Shirl Papaian

Avon Campaign 25 2015 What's New

Below is a newsletter I put together for my team, Avon Team Momentum, to help motivate and prepare them for a successful holiday selling season in 2015! It may only be September but now is the time to start preparing in order to make a lot of extra money this Christmas, gain more Avon customers, and continue or start building your own team of successful Avon Representatives. Avon Leadership Representatives and District Managers – feel free to use this in an email or in print with your teams but please do not share the content anywhere else online. You of course have my permission to share the link to the article anywhere you’d like!

Avon Team Momentum Holiday Sales Facts

  • In 2014, our team sold an average of $10,600 each campaign from campaigns 1 – 20 (not counting my personal sales).
  • In 2014, our team sold an average of $18,100 each campaign from campaigns 21 – 26 (not counting my personal sales). That’s almost double what we do in an average campaign. Expect to almost double your sales during these campaigns if you do the same tasks you do in a regular campaign.
  • In 2014, our team had our best selling campaigns in campaigns 24 – 26 averaging $21,400 per campaign. That is over double our average campaign!!! Expect to double your sales during these campaigns if you do the same tasks you do in a regular campaign.

Avon Team Momentum Holiday Leadership Facts

  • In 2014, our team recruited an average of 9 new team members each campaign from campaigns 1 – 20.
  • In 2014, our team recruited an average of 14 new team members each campaign from campaigns 21 – 26. That’s again almost double what we do in an average campaign…start asking now who wants to join your team!
  • In 2014, our team recruited an average of 16 new team members each campaigns in campaigns 24 – 26! That is double our average campaign!!! Recruit, recruit, recruit before holidays to earn even more in the final campaigns of the 2016 cycle.

5 Tips to Make the Most of your 2015 Avon Holiday Selling Season

  • Buy extra books for campaigns 21 – 26 especially 24 – 26 (these will be your best campaigns of the year)!!! Remember for every 10-pack of Avon Campaign 24 books you buy, you get 5 free Avon Living flyers. Stock up on books in campaign 24!
  • If you have been with Avon over a year, take advantage of the holiday credit extension! Ask your district manager for details now. It starts in campaign 22.
  • Host holiday home parties or set up tables at craft fairs. Take advantage of demos to have holiday products on hand. Don’t forget those mini hand creams and lip balms…they make great stocking stuffers.
  • Buy Avon gift sets and package them for your customers (men especially love this)! Go to the local dollar store and get some Christmas decor to fancy up your gift sets.
  • Present the Avon opportunity with every catalog you pass out. If you’re shy, stick the info on a label and have those who are interested ask you about it.
